As anyone could read in my “Introduction Letter” essay, you may know that I was born and grew in Russia and I want to share one of the most popular dishes in our country. Jijig – Galzhash is a popular dish of Chechen cuisine, which is made from bone beef, lamb, chicken, and even sea and river fish.
